Two Card Win Blackjack

Two Card Win Blackjack is a blackjack game with a sidebet that the player can make at start of play, which will pay if the player both stands on their original two-card hand of 12-21 and wins.

If the player does not start with a hand between 12 and 21, the sidebet loses.
If the player stands with a total between 17 and 21, they will win even money if they win, and push if they tie or lose to the dealer hand.
If the player stands with a total between 12 and 16, they will win 2:1 if they win, or lose if they lose to the dealer hand.
